Огромные очереди. В отделении толпа, не смотря на коронавирус.Приходится уходить не получив пенсию. Электронная очередь не работает.

Здравствуйте я заказывал посылку с joom в приложении показывается что заказ пришел и я могу забрать в отделении почты, но квитанция мне не пришла, могу ли я забрать по номеру заказа?

Был в этом отделении первый раз. Не заметил терминал для очереди, и ничего приняли без талона. Персонал вежливый. Работают оперативно. В помещении чисто и комфортно. Молодцы!

Почта России как всегда жжет))) Решил отправить посылку, так получился какой то квест))) Я думал мы живём в век высоких технологий а оказалось, что нет) Оплата картой почему то не проходит. Отдельное спасибо оператору Вере Николаевне, очень помогла. Оплатила за меня наличкой, я просто перевел Вере Николаевне на карту. Благодаря ей все прошло успешно, хотя спустя 35 минут после прихода в отделение связи.

отказ - событие непредсказуемое. это аксиома теории неисправностей. я трепетно слежу за отзывами по почте россии, так как жена работает в магистральном сортировочном центре. в последнее время вижу реальный скачок по качеству обслуживания.
