Ни капли не налажено взаимоотношение с курьерской доставкой и с другими компаниями(ни говоря уже о заграничных). Заказал графический планшет на ОЗОНе. Шёл из-за границы, продавец отдал в отслеживаемую доставку, до границы была частная служба доставки. После передачи на границе, почте России, посылка не была зарегистрирована самой почтой на отслеживания. Я не получил код и не было ни какой курьерской доставки (как было заверено). Когда позвонил в центр поддержки почты, они начали говорить, что виноват я сам в том, что они не могут определить где посылка. Когда пошёл в отделение разбираться и оставить жалобу, посылка сразу нашлась. После я спросил когда она пришла, мне ответили что не могут знать. Отвратительное место можно было бы поставить 0, поставил бы.

Пришла посылка на имя моей дочки .Я с её паспортом и извещением пошла, чтобы получить, работники не выдали мне посылку, сказали, что она должна лично получать.

Может я хожу в нужное время, но никогда не ждал больше 5-10 минут. Просто показал штрих-код, подождал, пока найдут и ушёл. Ну, может два человека передо мной. Сами офисы почти везде уже отремонтировали. Ускоренное получение по смс. В общем, в каких-то моментах это всё та же "Почта России" с низкомотивированными черепашками за стойкой. Но то, что есть изменения - это однозначно.
