Нет светильника на уличной лестнице, люди, когда заходят или выходят, все время нащупывают ступеньки и вывеска маленькая, кто не знает, тот и не поймёт, что это почтовое отделение.

Мне всегда везет, очень профессиональные сотрудники: помогают, об'ясняют, ждут. То, что дверь тугая и освещение слабое в коридоре- правда, пожилым сложно открыть дверь.

Неадекватные люди работают на почте России, во всех отделениях практически. Тут конкретно нахамить пытаются всегда, по телефону чуть что спроси так трубку бросают. Пришла посылка, пролежала две недели на почте, никто не позвонил, ни уведомления не принесли, в итоге посылку отправили обратно. Кретинизм а не служба доставки.
