На получение посылок сервис так поменялся за последние 3 года - это очень радует, реально время ожидания максимум минут 5 и спокойно все проходит - это дверь справа. Дверь слева, к сожалению, бывают грубости, хамства со стороны сотрудников отделения почты..

Уважаемая администрация! Приношу слова глубокой благодарности начальнику участка обработки письменной корреспонденции КАРТАВЦЕВОЙ НАТАЛЬЕ ФЁДОРОВНЕ. В непростое время, когда всё везде доставляется с большой задержкой, возникает беспокойство. Мы с мужем пожилые люди и не имели достаточно информации по местонахождению посылки, отправленной заграницу. Наталья Фёдоровна во время разговора по телефону терпеливо, досконально растолковала нам нашу ситуацию, дала чёткие рекомендации по дальнейшим действиям. И это был повод успокоиться и перестать сильно переживать. Сколько сердечности и терпения обнаружилось в этой женщине, сколько любви к своей работе и людям. Спасибо огромное. Вот на таких компетентных и человечных сотрудниках(а ведь им и самим в такое время нелегко - масса звонков, претензий и.т.д.), мы думаем, и держится доброе имя Почты России. Спасибо огромное. СЛОВА БЛАГОДАРНОСТИ специалисту по работе с обращениями ПО Красноярск-49 (улЛенина 62) САБУРИНОЙ ОКСАНЕ. Отправили детям и любимой внучке посылку. Данные трекинга не отражались на сайте, и мы, старики, сильно забеспокоились: все серверы и службы доставки перегружены до предела, а тут ещё и трекинг на сайте не определяется... Выехать лишний раз из дома для выяснения сейчас небезопасно. Позвонили. Ответила Сабурина О. Взяла номер отправления и пообещала перезвонить.Через 5 минут беспокойство закончилось, т.к. специалист чётко объяснила, что нам делать в этой ситуации. Всё так и вышло. Мы обрели покой. Огромное спасибо за человечность и трепетное отношение к людям. С уважением, Михаил,Светлана.
