Я конечно дико извиняюсь, но на кой хрен вы работаете до 18:00 в будний день? Мне как посылки у вас забирать? Уже дважды приезжал в 17:45 и в 17:40, мне бабка с порога говорит, что Почта до 18:00 и я не успею получить заказ и выгоняет. В обед приедешь - гигантская очередь из бабок, которые не думают о работягах, которым в обед приходится забирать посылки. В чем проблема идти чуть раньше или чуть позже. НУ ОТКРЫВАЙТЕ ВЫ ПОЧТУ НА 2 ЧАСА ПОЗЖЕ И ЗАКРЫВАЙТЕ НА 2 ЧАСА ПОЗЖЕ, НУ Е**НЫЙ ТЫ ПО ГОЛОВЕ. Причём до карантина то вроде другое расписание было. Почему сейчас так? Ещё оператор ваш названивает каждый день, мол, заберите посылку. ДА Я БЫ С РАДОСТЬЮ.

Постоянно очень долгое обслуживание, операторы почты ,как мухи сонные, одна что-то делает, остальные празднования шатаются. Ни о каком сервисе речи нет. Это не просто выплеск эмоций, уже много лет одна и также ситуация. Очень плохо.

Ужасное отделение! Гигантские очереди! Меньше 10 человек не видел! Все стоят в одной очереди ! Поставьте одного человека на китайские пакеты! Очередь разгрузите! Сейчас все тупо стоят в одной очереди , чтобы отправить/получить посылку нужно минимум 10 минут, что бы получить ЗМП надо максимум 1 мин !!! График работы до 19:00 сам работаю до 18:00 ! Скажите как мне получить или отправить посылку, если меньше часа в очереди простоять нереально !!!????? Людям едущим с работы как получать посылки ???!!!! Извещения ОЧЕНЬ РЕДКО доходят или их не разносят , приходится отслеживать по треку и самому идти просить извещение !!!

Лично я сам себе упростил жизнь. Зарегистрировался на pochta.ru и сам отслеживаю ЗМП, сам себе выписываю извещение. А сейчас вообще можно оставить у них доверенность и извещения будут не нужны.
