Отвратительное отношение некоторых сотрудников. Придумывают свои правила, которые не могу пояснить. Очереди жуткие. Очень хороший мальчик оператор выдает заказы

Ужасное отделение почты России.. Что бы получить отправление нужно выждать очередь, час не меньше, толпа народу в очереди, не понятно кто за кем, при чем очередь тянется на улицу, так как не хватает места в здании, на улице -10 градусов. Безобразие. Постоянно получал отправления на Котлярова, там новое отделение со свежим ремонтом, всегда обслуживали быстро по поводу получения отправлений, не более 5 минут. здесь все ужасно долго, при чем работают вроде все 4 окна, но медленно, такое чувство что ремонт не делался со времён ссср.

Отвратительное отделение почты. За последние несколько месяцев потерялись 5 посылок, приложение пишет, что на почте, те в свою очередь утверждают, что у них ничего нет. 9 февраля нам было отправлено письмо из края, на горячей линии проверили по индексам и сказали срок доставки 2 дня. Сегодня 18 февраля...и где письмо? Почтальоны теперь вообще не работают и не разносят по почтовым ящикам ничего? Прошу разобраться руководству с работой своего персонала. На этой жалобе, я не остановлюсь и буду писать выше.

Невероятно долгие очереди. Нет отдельного окна на отправку и на получение. Какая-нибудь бабушка отправляет письмо по 20 минут, когда получить посылку с Китая занимает 2-3мин. Так же отстояв очередь, мне сказали, что посылка не прибыла. Но через неделю сказали, что уже отправили её обратно в Китай, якобы она месяц лежала. Ни извещений в почтовом ящике, ни смс на телефон. Про то, что посылку могут принести до квартиры, вообще молчу, это для них что то космическое.

филиал ада на земле. сотрудники открыто хамят, обед у них не в обед а когда захотят. очереди дикие, нет электронной очереди да и вообще там ничего нет кроме страданий
