Довольна работой нашего отделения, всегда без проблем забираю посылки в очереди стою не больше 5 минут,сотрудники всегда вежливо общаются.

Очень долго все. В очереди по 40 минут люди стоят, второе окно работает редко, хотя туда очередь занимается. Потом все мешается в одну.

Уважаемая администрация 11 отделения связи!! У Вашего учреждения очень неудобный график работы. Чтобы попасть к вам ,нужно отпрашиваться с работы, а это не всегда получается. Поэтому и всегда много посетителей, что создаёт нервозность и для сотрудников в том числе....((
