Отвратительное отношение к клиентам! Хамство без причины! Создают очереди специально! Ведут себя как королевы, а ты простой холоп по их мнению! Прошу разберитесь уже и смените персонал! Это не допустимо! Понимаю конечно ,что наверное отзывы никто из руководства не читает, но все же

Маленький филиал ада : помещение крохотное, серьёзно, не маленькое, а именно крохотное, о чём думали, когда под целое отделение густонаселённого района выделяли такую мизерную площадь? Работники не блещут не только профессионализмом, но и просто уважением к людям, 3* ставлю только за близость к дому и единственную адекватную работницу, к сожалению имени её не помню.

Отвратительное отделение, работает всего одно окно, в очереди простояла больше часа,сегодня работала хамоватая дама на приеме оплат, орет просто на всех, что вы здесь ходите, не хотите стоять в очереди сказала идти в другие отделения. Просто ужас, вместе того ,чтобы работать, посылает всех в другие отделения.

очень не самое приятное место. Сотрудники работают по настроению. Эдакий междусобойчик там у них. В прошлом году получал посылку, попал в перерыв . Об этом поведали курящие у дверей сотрудницы почты. Было холодно. Зашел вовнутрь за 5 минут. Так напали всем отделением( перерыв, нельзя!!!), хотя я находился в зале и дверь с улицы туда не была закрыта.Когда начал снимать это безобразие на телефон, вылетела администратор,здесь нельзя снимать и прочее.. причем говорила о том должно быть стыдно, так как на улице даже старушки ждут в очереди..
