****Не всегда приходят уведомления по смс, в последнее время перестали(2 посылки пропустил, 3 посылки бумажным уведомлением). ****Я иногда и без СМС долгими расспросами находил свои мелкие посылки. ****База данных у них косая - так спрашивал нет посылки, по трек номеру спроси - так уже обратно отправили, надо было в Сентябре(но смс не приходило, в почтовый ящик за бумажками я не смотрю).

В целом, хорошее отделение. Да, иногда очереди. Но эти очереди люди создают, а не работники. Хожу сюда постоянно и эти самые очереди не всегда! Из минусов - непонятно, как носят извещения. Посылку получила 1 декабря, а извещение пришло только 17 декабря... Персонал вежливый, никто ни разу не хамил.

В 19:40 поставили двум трекам статус "готово к выдаче" В 19:52 я был уже в отделении, выдали только один, который лежал там уже неделю, зачем спрашивается менять статус трека, если вы не можете его выдать, ужасный сервис.

Вчера во второй половине дня пришло смс о том, что надо забрать посылку. Никаких бумажных уведомлений не было. Сегодня в обед, когда я пришла за посылкой, мне сказали, что ее отправили обратно в Китай, т.к. вышел срок. Это вообще как? Скорее всего посылка у них просто лежала где-то в завалах. Мало того, что я ее ждала 2 месяца, так еще и не получила ее вовсе! Почта России, не умеете делать работу, так не беритесь!

В целом достаточно приличное почтовое отделение. Сотрудники не хамят. Если есть какие-то вопросы, могут даже помочь/подсказать. Клиентов бывает достаточно много, но всегда работает только одно "окно". Остальные сотрудники не совсем понятно чем заняты... У Почтового отделения конечно много забот, но основное их предназначение все таки выдача/прием посылок/писем/почтовых отправлений. Если бы убрать всякую ерунду по типу страхования, продажи лотерейных билетов и прочего, уверен дело пойдет веселей.

Отказались обслуживать не смотря на то, что открыты до восьми вечера. Зашла к ним в 19:20, двери настежь открыты, выбегает сотрудница и кричит, что работают до шести. Непонятно почему, выдавать посылку отказались. Из за таких людей, работающих во всех сферах и есть в стране бардак!
