Обслуживание просто днище.. постоянно большие очереди, а все потому что обслуживает только одно окно! При том что в зале есть ещё 2 сотрудника, которые просто сидят и отмахиваются когда к ним подходишь, делая вид что они очень заняты. Вообщем, такое себе.. а в последний раз, когда я решила поинтересоваться у них что почему уже в очереди 5 человек, а работает всего 1 окно (хотя были ещё 2 сотрудника которые ходили туда сюда).. На что ответа я так и не получила, просто было молчание. Но так как я была с маленьким ребёнком я больше уже не могла ждать, развернулась и ушла так не получив свою посылку! Недобросовестное отношение к работе и к клиентам!

Давно уже нас обслуживает эта почта. Минусов конечно же в ней очень много. Во-первых, внешний вид просто ужасен. С виду можно подумать,что это сарай. Обслуживание клиентов тоже желает быть лучше. Рабочий персонал не доброжелателен,позволяет себе хамить клиентам. Постоянные,огромные очереди. Бывали случае, что письма терялись.
