Часто получаю тут посылки. Персонал знает своё дело. Все довольно быстро и качественно, но, ремонт сделал бы помещение более светлым, а нахождение в нем-более приятным. И не помешала бы электронная очередь на входе.

Лет 15 - 20 здесь не был... Никто посылочки мне не отправлял...((( И вот, чудо! Аллилуйя! <<Виртуальный друг по соцсетям>> из Нижнего Тагила прислал мне посылку с моим портретом в стиле графики, в красивой резной рамке и <<застеклённую>>. Получил в целости и сохранности, и своевременно. И без задержек, и не потеряли😉😉😉 (просто последнее время встречаются публикации, что мол, <<Почта России отправления массово теряет, и задерживает получение...>>). Всё хорошо, спасибо! В этом отделении Почты России вполне комфортно. Не было очередей. Персонал отзывчив, работает чётко и быстро, профессионально.

Действительно- кошмарное отделение. Раз в квартал мне приходится сдавать там отчетность. Меньше 1 -1,5 часов ни разу за 20 лет не выстаивала. В последнее время приспособилась специально ездить в почтовое отделение на Компроссе, хотя живу на Карпинского, рядом с 22 отделением! Знаю. что почтовые работники сильно загружены, платят мало, но почему такой медлительности нет в других отделениях- ни на Советской Армии, ни на Компроссе?

Самое ужасное отделение- это 22 отделение. Целый вечер 22.05.2017 года звонили в почтовое отделение №22 по тел: 280-25-41 ни кто трубку не брал. Позвонила 23,05,2017 утром,чтобы узнать пришла ли посылка. Так мне по хамски ответили,что приходите с паспортом в почтовое отделение и узнавайте, так как по телефону мы не говорим. И это только в 22 отделение. Раньше посылку получала в других отделениях почты ни каких проблем не было,звонила по телефону и узнавала пришла посылка или нет. Главное управление тоже ни каких мер не принимает. Одним словом работают очень плохо и это еще мягко сказано,работают по хамски. Всем хамят,грубят.
