Не почта, а ларек какой то. Какого художника тут продуктами торгуют и вообще торгуют. Здесь должны заниматься почтовыми пересылками. Да, добавились почтовые отправления из Китая, но ведь и письма люди стали писать друг другу меньше. Сотрудников не виню, виноваты манагеры-оптимизаторы, которые нагружают дополнительными обязанностями, при этом зарплаты совсем крошечные. Мало того что у нас в стране ни чего не производят, все в тридорога, дак еще доставка ни какая посылок. Стыдно мне за такую страну и почту...

Отвратительная работа отделения, извещения не доставляют. Из за чего посылки уходят обратно. Было уже несколько подобных случаев. За то продуктами торгуют. Лучше бы нормальную работу почтовых отделений организовали.

Добрый день. Раньше мне это отделение очень нравилось: хорошее и быстрое обслуживание, молодой коллектив, недалеко от дома. Однако, несколько случаев испортили это положительное отношение. Во-первых, я, как клиент, не должна слышать комментарии сотрудников о том, что я принесла много посылок. Они это могут сделать и между собой, но не при клиенте. Во-вторых 4 мои посылки отправили более дорогой доставкой, хотя можно было дешевле и быстрее (до 200 гр. 1 класс). И деньги не вернули, так как "по безналу не возвращаем". Везде делают возврат! Но не на почте России. По роду деятельности мне часто приходится отправлять посылки. Делала это через отделение, так как думала, что профессионалам довериться надежнее. Теперь вот и не знаю, как лучше.

Одним словом УЖАС! Если бы не письма ни за что бы туда не пошел. Мне кажется такой бардак в любом отделении нашей почты.
