Персонал долго работает, ждал когда вынесут посылку вынесли через 45 минут, разговаривают между работой.

Это просто дно. Электронная очередь не работает . Не меняют , потому , что «живую» очередь можно не обслуживать в установленные временные рамки. А они есть! 4 оператора ! 1 -2 работает еле-еле

Это что за ужас вообще? Электронная очередь не работает. Заходишь в отделение и там толпа народу, люди не знают куда вставать в очередь, потому ПЕРСОНАЛ НЕ МОЖЕТ НОРМАЛЬНО ОТВЕТИТЬ, где какая очередь! А какой дистанции может идти речь? Люди друг на друге! Посылки постоянно теряются! Доходят до почты и исчезают!

В помещении грязно, электронная очередь не работает уже больше полугода. Посылки с али теряются, открытки адресатам не доходят.

Это что за ужас вообще? Электронная очередь не работает. Заходишь в отделение и там толпа народу, люди не знают куда вставать в очередь, потому ПЕРСОНАЛ НЕ МОЖЕТ НОРМАЛЬНО ОТВЕТИТЬ, где какая очередь! О какой социальной дистанции может идти речь? Люди друг на друге! Посылки постоянно теряются! Доходят до почты и исчезают! Извещения не приходят! Как это вообще объяснить?

Будьте осторожны, самое опасное почтовое отделение: в лучшем случае 2 рабочих окна, много посетителей бабушек рассматривающих открытки, выбирающих крупу и вискас, очень часто не работает электронная очередь

В последнее время качество и скорость обслуживания значительно увеличилось. За последние 3 посещения (приходил всегда под окончание рабочего дня почты) никогда не было очереди больше 4-6 человек, обычно даже меньше. Электронная очередь работала четко. В последнее посещение даже сами сотрудники оформили мне эл. подпись (не знаю как это правильно называется). Желаю что бы все почтовые отделения равнялись на это и Вам не останавливаться в развитии. Спасибо

Пять баллов, в последнее время 614002 не узнать! Три человека в смене, всё быстро, больше 10 минут Не жду никогда. Так держать!

Почта с недавних пор преобразилась: появилась электронная очередь и добавились операторы. Теперь даже если большая очередь, то необязательно выжидать ее здесь же в духоте, можно выйти на улицу. Но последние несколько раз показали, что очередь стала двигаться очень быстро - иногда я получаю посылку всего за 5 минут, даже с учетом того, что в некоторых окнах бабули оплачивают коммуналку. А если еще учесть, что ввели упрощенное получение с помощью смс и не надо носить с собой паспорт, то поход на почту превращается в позитивное действо, т.к. сюда можно зайти в любой момент времени и, в зависимости от ситуации, остаться или пойти дальше.
