Самая ущербная почта во всей бл*** России. То у них паспорт списывается, то посылки теряются, то через две недели отправили посылку обратно, смс приходят в течении 5 минут, очереди огромные, работает 1 или максимум 2 окна. Я живу в 50 минутах ходьбы и каждый раз меня отправляют то за паспортом то ещё за какими-то документами, у меня оформлено получение посылок по СМС, это пи****, а не почта...

17.08.2020г. Пришёл в отделение в 16.00 и до 16.25 тупо простоял у закрытой двери. Видите ли у них собрание в рабочее время! А объявление написать со скольки и до скольки у вас собрание, толку нету! С каждым годом почта России, хуже и хуже. Плохо то, что альтернативы народу не оставили.

Раньше, до смены всего состава данного почтового отделения, это отделение я считал лучшим, по крайней мере в Кировском районе, сейчас операторы могут нахамить, выражают свое недовольство если ты пришел за 10 минут до закрытия с отправкой заказной корреспонденции, был случай когда заказное письмо просто бросили в почтовый ящик. Режим работы стал меняться от месяца к месяцу, на вывеске один режим работы, по факту он другой. Вообщем новый состав новые правила.

Обслуживание ужасное, Извещения о посылках вообще не носят.Понимаю что вам мало платят но вы и на это не заработали.
