Пришла посылкав данное отделение, приезжаю в 18.03 так как в приложении стояит время работы до 20 часов и .... закрыто. Через дверь объясняют, что работать некому. Позвонил на горячую линию, там сказали "подходите, они работают до 20 часов". Составили претензию и... на следующий день в приложении уже стоит время работы до 18 часов. клиентоориетированность на высоте ( нет, исправим под себя). Сколько можно издеваться над людьми? То товары продают, когда стоит очередь получить посылки, то закрываются когда хотят. Извещения то не носят совсем (ладно стоит приложение, но не все письма автоматом попадают в него), то бросают в ящик с отметкой , что "опущено в почтовый ящик" за несколько дней- неделю до фактической доставки( да, я проверяю почтовый ящик каждый день). И в итоге часто придя за письмом, оказывается типо я сам виноват , не пришел вовремя. Может хватит заниматься подлогом с извещениями? Терминал для выдачи талонов очереди не работает никогда, видимо неудобно, что контролируется время работы и обслуживания

Ставлю кол, даже это много!!! Моей бабушке в начале января не принесли пенсию домой, она весь день ждала! Звонила на почту, они просто отключили телефон. На следующий день сама поехала на почту, а ей 80 лет, она еле ходит. Приехала на почту, спрашивает почему не принесли, а в ведомости написано, что не дозвонились в дверь. Не понятно куда звонили, если даже звонка нет. Вывод один - ни кто ни куда и не приходил!!!
