Отправлял письмо в страховую первым классом по Ростову , пешком за час можно отнести это письмо , но к сожалению на данный период времени принимают только почтой. Проблема в том что при отправке я уточнил время прибытия письма к получателю отправлял в пятницу сказали в субботу, край в воскресенье письмо будет доставлено. Выдали чек и не проинформировали что он с трек номером. В итоге сегодня среда , письма нет, чек сразу утилизировал , к тому же отказываются восстанавливать трек номер , крайне халатное отношение.
