Концепция помещения ужасная, особенно витрина с консервами и крупами. Персонал очень качественно отработал- получала доставку в упрощённом режиме

Отвратительное отделение. Пришло уведомление о посылке, на следующий день пошел забрать ее, а в итоге как в "Простоквашино" - посылка есть, только мы вам ее не отдадим, у нас компьютеры сломаны... Но это только начало. На следующий день после этого, я решил что в 21-м веке компьютеры чинятся быстро, и решил испытать судьбу. И, о чудо! Они работали. Только посылку мне так и не отдали, ее у них (цитата) - "нету здесь". Короче говоря полный дурдом, сплошной негатив.

Черти, коих свет не видывал. Просто конченная организация, работают две с половиной калеки - одна не слышит ни черта, по три раза код называешь, вторая вообще в прострации, не выкупает, что находится на работе. А сегодня 04.02 придя в 11:00 мне сказали, что система перезагружается. Пришел в 16:00 - тоже самое. Вы что, пять часов перезагружаете систему?! Вчера посылку не отдали потому, что якобы она у вас не оформлена (при этом сотрудник держал её в руках), сегодня не можете выдать из-за того, что перезагружаете систему, а завтра что? Потеряете её?

Постоянные очереди, в какое время ни прийди. Настолько тормознутых сотрудников ещё поискать! Их специально выращивают или в Эстонии заказывают?? Но это всё ничего, как обычно терпим, проглатываем, улыбаемся и машем. Самое отвратительное, это то, что отделение НЕ работает по воскресеньям!! Все близлежащие почтовые отделения работают, а эти нет!!
