Ужасное почтовое отделение . На сайте написано что в понедельник работает . На самом деле у отделения выходной эта информация на двери почты . Проехал 50 км что бы забрать посылку и развернулся. При мне было несколько таких же счастливых . Кстати у них есть ещё и обед . Это то же на двери почты написано ,а не на сайте . 21 век. Теперь о приятном , посылку получил в течении минуты в среду без заполнения бумаг и паспорта . По смс из телефона . Хоть это радует.

закрываются в 19:00, даже, если люди в очереди стояли по часу, всех выгоняют и уходят.. а режим работы до 20:00.

трубку никогда не берут, просто игнорят телефонные звонки и все. грубые операторы хотя, стоит отметить, что в последнее время они несколько изменились, посмотрим что будет дальше

Если у Вас есть претензии к качеству обслуживания в почтовом отделении, напишите, пожалуйста, об этом подробно на blog@russianpost.ru, указав индекс отделения, дату и время посещения, ФИО или описание внешности сотрудников, которые ведут себя некорректно по отношению к клиентам. Будет проведена проверка.
