Руководство что умалишенное? Какой еще ПОНЕДЕЛЬНИК ВЫХОДНОЙ? Закрывайте вообще отделение тогда. Смысл какой в нём?

Сотрудник Екатерина Лагиш пыталась обмануть - отправить заказное письмо первым классом, хотя было сказано просто "заказное". Кроме того, включила в счет конверт, когда как пришел уже с запечатанным конвертом. Не рекомендую данное отделение. Сотрудницу Лагиш Е. привлечь к дисциплинарной ответственности.

Хорошее отделение, проблем за несколько лет не было ни разу, кроме одного инцидента с битым стеклом защитным, но начальник отделения помогла составить акт и повреждении посылки и посылку отправили обратно в Китай. Деньги вернули с актом без проблем.

Ох уж эта почта России :) Я сюда всегда как на войну хожу, никогда не знаешь, что тебя ждет. Приходила недавно отправить посылку, так мне сказали, что больших коробок у них нет, нужно идти в другое отделение, либо распихивать все в несколько маленьких.. Ладно хоть вещей не так много было. Взяла коробку поменьше и распихала все туда
