Одну звезду это даже много. Первое это отправили не в то почтовое отделение мою посылку, а второе это бросают телефон и отказываются перемещать посылку в верный адрес. Одним словом "ПОЧТА РОССИИ". За что платят деньги с налогов.

Часто приходится обращаться на почту, т.к. выписываю много товаров из Алиэкспресс. Обычно работницы почты разговаривают спокойно, ровно. Обслуживают быстро. Недавно у меня потерялась посылка. Заказ не отслеживался Я обратилась в своё почтовое отделение с просьбой найти мою посылку. Написала заявление и буквально через 2 дня пришла информация, что посылка пришла на почту. Я пришла и на меня буквально набросилась работник почты (наверное кто-то из руководителей) - почему я не отслеживаю свою посылку!!!???? Я стала оправдываться, что у меня не было никакой информации о заказе поэтому я обратилась к ним. А мне говорят не понятно в каком тоне - успокойтесь! Зачем мне так говорить если я спокойна? Ушла с почты разочарованная и обиженная. Неужели в обязанности почты не входит поиск "потерявшихся" посылок? Не понятно и странно.

Добрые тети под видом того что так надо и это обязательно "впаривают" дополнительные услуги по отправке письма. Например цена 200 руб. в другом почтовом отделении в этом отделении легким движением руки превращается в 300 руб. Бизнес.
