Это самое худшее отделение в городе. В отделении бардак., такое ощущение что начальник не адекват. 1. Книги жалоб нет. 2. Ждать получение птсьма/посылки минимум час, т. к. работают всего 2 окна, остальные операторы без работы языком только трепят. 3. В 13.00 выгоняют всех на улицу на сан обработку) Мозгов не хватает делать это до или после рабочего дня. 4. Зато продают продукты - Консервы, крупы, соленья, просто нет слов. Когда же разгонят это быдло заведение и сделают нормальную удобную, современную почту, которая не будет трепать нервы? Видимо у них другие цели, может отмывании денег? 😕

Пришлось приехать на центральную почту из 9 отдела. Связи г. Саранска, так как там мне сказали , что деньги на со. карту положить нельзя у них сегодня нулевая касса. Время было около десяти дня. Я пенсионерка поехала в 5 отд. Там всё работало. Сотрудники очень быстро и грамотно меня обслужили. Спасибо им за это.
