Посетителей бывает много, но слишком долго в очереди никогда не стояла. Подсказали, что именно из коммуналки невыгодно оплачивать на почте. При мне в этом отделении техника никогда не ломалась, в отличие от других отделений почты.

В графике работы стоит, что в воскресенье работают с 9.00 до 14.00. Но по факту, отдыхают. В отделении света нет, двери закрыты. В общем, ПР как была в одном месте, так там и находится.

10.06.2020. В 12.15 пыталась дозвониться, шли очень долгие гудки, на следующий звонок трубку взяли и тут же сбросили. После этого работник не возвратил трубку в исходное положение и было невозможно дозвониться.

Где-то месяц назад заходил отправить письмо. 4 сотрудника сумели создать очередь из 3-х посетителей, но это меня уже не удивляет, а удивило следующее: сотрудница просто сидит и ничего не делает, в ответ на мое замечание заявила, что я неправильно понимаю их стандарты, оказывается, как она считает, претензии можно предъявлять, если перед каждым окном будет очередь больше 4-х человек, т.о. она начнет работать когда зайдут еще 3-е, а я должен ждать, более того, она "работает за двоих". Затем она предложила мне встретиться после работы, нет, не для того, что вы подумали, она хотела "разобраться со мной". Внешность у неё примечательная, про таких говорят - особенные дети. Недавно снова заходил, от работы с клиентами её отстранили, остальные работают нормально, что это было в прошлый раз, непонятно, так что двоечка.

Нормальное почтовое отделение. По сравнению с донным 51-м небо и земля. Сотрудники вежливые, очереди в несколько раз короче. Обращаюсь сюда, когда надо, потому что попути с работы еду.
