по предложениям коллективных жалоб на почту России. Если есть предложения, пишите^ yatacaya@yandex.ru Давайте организовываться и наконец подавать коллективные иски в суд. У меня оплаченный договор с ПР п/о 194017 - на получение всех почт.отправлений на самой почте. Однако все приходит на дом. Нахожу письма дома и во вскрытом виде. Такое уже несколько лет. Куча жалоб на п/о и в Главпочтамт. Меры не приняты. Сегодня почтальон на почте в присутствии посетителей, сотрудников обзывал меня "сумасшедшей" и угрожал нанять людей и что-то они мне сделают!!! (причем в это время я разговаривала уже с представителем власти по тел., и тот слышал оскорбления и сотрудник колл-центра почта России слышала угрозы и приняла жалобу на угрозы сотрудника почты).

Почта есть почта. Работала раньше электронная очередь, прям радовался. А теперь чисто для вида. Народу много и не знаешь куда стоять.

Здравствуйте, не нормально.. Почему закрывают за 30 минут до закрытия? Почему вам молодой человек парень. Может позволить себе фразу - спасибо, что пришли. Но приходите по реже. (не помню до словно фразу) мило улыбается. Да, мило.. Я не друг его, а такое меня смутило. 2 окна рабочих, смысл электронной очереди? А, она не работает постоянно. Почему мы должны упрашивать за дверью, чтобы получить посылку?!! Когда рабочее время. Почему они имеют право отказать в отправке посылки в рабочее время?!! Почему чувствуешь, что ты им должен в ноги падать. Потом слушать в лицо.. Когда они работают реально. Понимаю, что условия, зп низкие. Но думаете, что у нас по другому? Работать с 13 до 18. По факту до 17-30 хз..от чего там устали в тот день. Понимаю все... Е мае дайте им хоть кофе с утра.

Отвратительное отделение. Сотрудники хамки, не могут ни на один вопрос нормально ответить. Очереди вечно километровые, электронная очередь не работает! Записываешься на сайте на определённое время - не пускают! Стойте в порядке живой очереди. Сервис просто ниже плинтуса
