Господа начальники настройте людям оборудование,чтобы они нормально работали.Один раз прождал перезагрузки компа 2 часа.А почта нормальная.Персонал своеобразный,нужно привыкнуть и притереться к ним.Немного ершистые,но свою работу знают.Если смотреть на это с легкой иронией,даже забавно....

Ужасные работники почты, не знают свои обязанности и не умеют выполнять свою работу грамотно. На элементарные вопросы отвечают так будто им чем то обязаны. Женщина в возрасте в очках начала смеяться с того что мы пришли получить пособие по безработице) на вопрос что смешного другая работница ответила - а нам плакать что ли?!

Раньше хвалила это почтовое отделение, видимо перехвалила. Очереди всегда теперь, работает одно окно, вечно какие-то проблемы с системой, работают некомпетентные сотрудники.

Это отделение самое лучшее! Нет очередей. Сделали электронную идентификацию, Посылки забирать одно удовольствие. Я давно живу на северном, но езжу в 037, к адекватным сотрудникам. После ремонта все свежее, приятное.

Это отделение яркий пример того, как не надо работать с людьми. Хамство, сброс трубок. Отношение и разговор такой, как будто у работников отобрали паспорта и заставляют работать против их воли. Я уже уверен что в каждом круге ада есть свое отделение почты России. И отдельный котел для работников, который разжигают потерянными отправлениями.
