Работают чересчур высокомерные и не уважительные сотрудницы (особенно те, кто предпенсионного возраста). Видимо политика этого учереждения такая - ни во что не ставить клиента.

Не понимаю - откуда берутся эти гадливые комментарии. С чего? Как будто "заказные". Совершенно нормальная почта. Персонал всё делает как надо. Пользуюсь услугами почты очень часто, получаю посылки. Не был огорчён ни разу! Но это, правда, после ремонта. Видимо работа оптимизировалась. До этого нарекания были, но не к персоналу.

Операторы всегда вежливы, работу свою выполняют на высоком уровне. Очередей практически нет в отделении. Работает много окон и всегда достаточное количество сотрудников.

Мало того что почта России и так работает очень медленно и некачественно, так и в отделении все очень медленно происходит. По треку посылка пришла в отделение 12 числа, с паспортом пришел 14 числа забрать, а извещение на эту посылку пришло в ящик аж 17 числа. Уже после получения посылки. Пять дней писали извещение?

Виталий, здравствуйте. Я официальный представитель Почты России в социальных сетях. Для проведения служебной проверки по факту ненадлежащей доставки извещений Вы можете подать письменное заявление в почтовом отделении по месту доставки отправления или в почтамте по месту проживания.

Ужас, а не почта. стоишь около часа бывает и дольше. работники не доброжелательные. для посылок с китая могли бы сделать отдельное окно
