Начальники за последние годы постоянно сменяются одна другой. Последняя (работает с летнего периода 2019г.) постоянно грубит, хамит, нет знания работы с почтовыми отправлениями. Если обращаешься к ней по какому- либо вопросу, ничего от нее не добьешься: только крик и хамство. Грубости по отношению к клиентам. Почтальоны систематически опускают почтовые отправления- корреспонденцию в чужие почтовые ящики. Оператор на кассе тоже иногда так ответит, что лучше не обращаться. Нет доверия к ним. Не почтовое отделение связи, а тихое болото. Почтальоны много лет отдавали пенсию моей матери другой ее дочери- той, которая наглая и очень хорошо обеспечена (мошенничество). Кроме этого, обнаглели до такой степени, что не осуществляют доставку выплаты на дом- как это полагается, при том, что за доставку им идет оплата, зарплата (сунут записку в почтовый ящик или в дверь- и считают, что вся их работа по доставке выполнена). На третий этаж бегают бегом с доставкой, а на первом этаже считают за большой труд, если осуществят доставку, как то полагается- на дом. В последнее время стало известно, что в Почтабанк запущен хакерами вирус, с помощью которого снимаются ими немалые денежные суммы со счетов граждан-клиентов этого банка. Кроме всего, на сайте почты указано, что предоставляются копировальные услуги, а на самом деле в копировании отказывают говоря, что таких услуг у них нет. Зато стали торговать всякими товарами ширпотреба, а также авиабилетами. Не почтовое отделение связи, а черт знает что....
