В разные отделения захожу по работе, везде качество обслуживания не на высоте. Но это почтовое отделение самое ужасное, персонал грубый и некомпетентный. Хотя...за такую зарплату, как они говорят, получают, лучшего ждать клиентам не приходится.

вынужден пользоваться (по прописке) данным отделением уже лет 5 ! -хожу каждый месяц за посылками (подписан на журнальные серии и пр.). за все время очень редко чтоб не было ни каких проблем ! -посылки держат неделями ! -извещения не доносят до почтового ящика -выкидывают! (несколько раз находил извещения у дверей в подъезд или заложены под объявления на дверях! а один раз извещение принесла уборщица по подъезду-нашла в мусоре! ... о самом отделении тоже ни чего хорошего сказать не могу - почти постоянно очереди .работает как правило одно окно .на клиентов ноль внимания .у них теперь основная работа похоже торговля продуктами и хозтоварами ! ...сегодня опять пришлось идти с ними разбираться -принесли извещение на получение денежного перевода (наложенный платеж).который я же ! и отправил при получении посылки ! в общем дурдом полный !

Народа 1-2 человека и вечно стоишь и ждешь когда соизволят тебя заметить, на 2 операторов 2 человека и «стойте ждите очередь!», тьфу на вас!
