Отделение нравится, рядом с домом, но иногда у них плохо работает интернет, оплата долго проходит, это минус, а в обслуживании все отлично

В целом непроблемное отделение, но в последнее время, придя в отделение после получения смс о том, что я могу получить свою посылку, всё чаще слышу недовольное бормотание о том, что вот "не успела прийти смс, а они уже бегут сюда сломя голову". И теперь стало так, - попадая в отделение, посылка не трекается до самого вечера. Что бы не бегали, не тревожили их...
