Всегда стараются работать лучше, ищут посылку, даже если они из Китая и неотслеживаемая пока не найдут. Отправляют лично смски в вотсапе, когда приходят мелкие пакеты. Пока косяков не было, люблю своё отделение, хотя вся почта России не идеальна

Не можем второй день получить посылку, то программа не работает в отделении и огромная очередь (это в период пандемии), то света нет. Оформила доставку курьером- никто не перезванивает для уточнения деталей доставки. Интересно сколько ждать придется Почту России?

Никогда не поднимают телефон. Обслуживают грубо. Всегда от всего отказываются. Ничего не знают, ни о кореспонденции , ни о подписке, Извещение если и приносят, то с огромными задержками. Чаще не приносят.

Посылку не нашли. Отправили на Соколова 63, там сказали что надо обратно на Буденовский 96 ехать. Времени не было, поехал на работу. Пытался дозвониться, результат - нулевой!!! Никто не берет трубку. Видимо заняты поисками посылок на складе. Зачем им тогда вообще телефон???

Прислали уведомление о пришедшей на моё имя бандероли.Пришла забирать-не нашли.Оставила номер телефона.Прошло пару недель,ни привета,ни ответа...как работала наша "чудо" почта России,так и по сей день не изменяет своим принципам

Здравствуйте,уведомление было без номера (то ли почтальон начудил,то ли у бандеролей нет номера), всё,что там было указано:мои данные и отметка о бандероли. В отделении после того,как не нашли его,попросили меня написать номер телефона на самом уведомлении и оставили его себе,со словами:почтальон придёт,найдёт ваш бандероль и позвонит....звонит до сих пор)
