Очереди есть везде, а долгое обслуживание связано с клиентами. Не во всех почтовых отделениях есть эл.очередь, тут она есть. Зал очень просторный, интерьер красивый, не жарко и не холодно. В общем, один из лучших филлиалов почты рф

Единственный плюс этого отделения - возможность вызвать курьера для доставки посылки на дом, но и эта приятная услуга недавно была убрана. Для кого вообще работает эта почта? В зале очередь из 50+ человек, а работают всего два сотрудника! В очередях стой хоть до потери сознания, в какое бы время ты ни пришел - утро, обед, вечер, минимум час будет потерян. С введением талонов появился хоть какой-то порядок, но если тебе нужно и отправить посылку, и получить - будь готов отстоять две очереди. В декабре не получила извещения на три посылки, в результате они благополучно отправились обратно к отправителям. Сотрудники лишь покачали головой "не знаем". Отвратительное отделение. Жалко людей, которым приходится пользоваться услугами этой "почты".

Месяц не могли донести письмо.... Пока не позвонил человеку чтобы сам забрал. Так еще позвонила хабалка по имени Наташа Кудрявцева и наорала то что оставил жалобу на них. Самая плохая почта в Питере.......

Хорошое место но один минус маленькие пакеты не отслеживается поэтому закажите только крупные вещи а то можете и не получать свои посылки
