Пытаемся доверить получение корреспонденции на сотрудника. С каждым визитом появляются всякие непредвиденные условия, мешающие принятию данного документа. От визита в отделение получаешь массу негатива, как от "внимательных" сотрудников, так и от "невозмутимого" народа жаждущего побыстрее уйти.

Ставлю 1 за то, что персонал не подходит с должной ответственностью к своей работе. Ситуация такая. Часто получаю посылки из Китая и других стран. Пришел за очередной посылкой. В итоге провозился более двух часов , при этом на почте находилось два сотрудника, работала всего одна касса. Где так же сидел неумелый сотрудник, который по всей видимости впервые увидел компьютер и бухгалтерию 1С. При этом на мольбы очереди в 20 человек, где были и люди в возрасте (которым в принципе тяжело все это переносить), ответили только через полтора часа. Открылась вторая касса, но назначение её осталось столь же неизвестным, так как поначалу женщина сделала вид, что касса все так же закрыта, а она просто села передохнуть. Итог за посылкой весом 300 граммов пришлось простоять 2 часа. Так же смею отметить гаденькое состояние мест для сидений. В итоге наша почта выставила очередную правду о своем отношении к людям через своё поведение и внешнее состояние почты. Конечная оценка 1. Был бы "0" я бы его поставил.
