Много раз получал посылки никогда проблем не было. Говорят что работникам мало платят. Учитывая это все на высоком уровне. Единственное я хотел бы получал уведомление не в почтовый ящик, а по смс или на е-мейл.

Строго говоря, это скорее 3.5, чем 4. Персонал меня вполне устраивает, всегда объяснят всё и проверят, но постоянные очереди просто доканывают. Возможно, открыть ещё пару окон и все прекрасно будет работать.

За час приняли двух человек на отправку. Все клиенты разбежались, но видимо сотрудник и руководство считает, что далеко бежать им некуда. И будут правы хах

Либо за год поменялся персонал, либо мне крупно повезло. Пока самое адекватное отделение на Петроградке. Электронная очередь пока не заработала, хотя и аппараты уже стоят, но сотрудники и так справляются оперативно и весьма приветливо

Насчет "самого" не знаю) на Куйбышева все тоже очень прилично и адекватно. И электронная очередь работает 👆🏻
