Компьютеры периодически не работают, получить посылку с наложенным платежем вообще проблематично. Оформляют крайне медленно, вероятно по незнанию, предлагают прийти в другой день. Оформляли посылку больше часа во второй визит(в первый визит не работали компьютеры). Видимо поэтому бывают очереди больше десяти человек. При наличии двух сотрудников работают с клиентами поочереди. Крайне негативное впечатление о почтовом отделении.

Отвратительная работа.НИЖЕ ПЛИНТУСА.Пришла посылка в пятницу 25.12 в 08:43 Никто не звонил.Отписались-неудачная попытка вручения в 15:46 Звонок был 26.12 в субботу в 08:43 с тел.89103186427 Я не смог ответить,перезвонил по этому телефону позже,мне ответили-посылку доставит другой курьер,вам позвонят.Не посылки,не звонка не было в этот день,отписались-неудачная попытка вручения.Звоню 27.12 в воскресенье в офис курьерской службы,все об"яснил,мне ответили-раз вы не ответили на звонок,вот вам и не доставили.Вывод-вам позвонят хорошо если один раз и больше в течении дня звонить не будут,а если вы не ответили-ХРЕН увидете свою посылочку,а ведь рабочий день у вас с 08 до 20 часов.А в воскресенье у курьеров выходной !!УЛАВЛИВАЕТЕ...А?Моя посылка шла по России 6 дней и УЖЕ 3 ДНЯ МНЕ ПОСЫЛКУ "ВРУЧАЮТ."в КУРСКЕ---Ваша курьерская служба вообще не работает,курьерам полностью НАЧХАТЬ на свои должностные обязанности.ВЫ ЗАЧЕМ ХОДИТЕ НА РАБОТУ И ЗА ЧТО ПОЛУЧАЕТЕ ЗАРПЛАТУ, ВСЕ---ОТ КУРЬЕРА ДО НАЧАЛЬНИКА???Зачем нам такая ГОРЕ КУРЬЕРСКАЯ СЛУЖБА???

Хамское поведение курьера, позвонил мне один раз в 8 утра, думаю , ну раз не дозвонился будет ещё звонить, надо же договориться со мной о времени доставки, жду, звонка нет, звоню сама, а мне уже сегодня и не хотели уже доставлять оказывается, я не взяла трубку один раз, значит мне доставлять не надо, что это за работа? А если многие отвечать не будут в 8 утра? Вы забъете и не будете доставлять? Почему не выполняете свою работу? Почему я должна звонить 10 раз и волноваться за свою посылку? Я пожаловалась на курьера, курьер мне перезвонил не с извинениями, а с угрозами, что как я так могла на него написать жалобу и тд, довёл меня до слез, сказал, что не будет доставлять, работа не выполнена, за что платить?
