18.02.2021 года при попытке получить поступившую почтовую корреспонденцию на имя организации получил отказ от работников почты. Считаю это грубым нарушением действующего законодательства РФ. Обращаю внимание, что уведомления по почтовым ящикам работники отделения не разносят. Узнать, что на адрес пришла корреспонденция не представляется возможным.

Бывал там несколько раз. Персонал адекватный, не грубят. Как в некоторых почтовых отделениях.

Отвратительное отделение, в котором работники не только отказываются выполнять свои прямые обязанности, так ещё и проявляют полную некомпетентность в области незнания постановлений РФ об оказании услуг почтовой связи! При этом напрямую им цитируешь конкретное действующее постановление, а они, как сломанные роботы, дают отказ! Судиться за посылку в тысячу рублей не собираюсь, которую я так и не получил, имея на руках все документы, удостоверяющие мою личность, и все они на мою фамилию (водительское удостоверение, СНИЛС, оригинал загранпаспорта, свидетельство о заключении брака, военный билет), кроме паспорта РФ, находящегося на замене в МФЦ, но нервов потраченных на это отделение мне точно очень жаль! Военный билет является документом, входящим в перечень документов, по которым можно получить посылку! Но мне отказали. Ещё раз повторю: ОТВРАТИТЕЛЬНОЕ ОТДЕЛЕНИЕ!!!

Отличное отделение. Очень душевная заведующая и все девочки работающие. Все подскажут, во всем помогут. Никогда не грубят и идут на встречу клиентам. Спасибо вам большое за ваш труд.
