Из шести окон работает одно и киоск. Информационных табличек нет на окнах. Отстояв очередь за посылкой в одно окно направили в киоск где приходится стоять ещё одну не маленькую очередь. Это просто бордак!

ПЕРЕРЫВ С 13 ДО 14 ПЕРЕРЫВОВ НА САНОБРАБОТКУ НЕТ Вроде работает электронная очередь...а операторы орут из окошка... ничего не изменилось, среднее ожидание 1 час! Пустая трата времени. Не советую вообще пользоваться услугами почты. Духи наложенным платежом вышли дороже курьерской доставки! Во избежании распространения коронавируса людей заставляют стоять в предбаннике по 15 человек, гениально. Перед дверью всегда лужа, а внутри - полчища муравьёв. Так же сотрудники разводят людей на доставку ems, заверяя, что у них обновляется программа и иначе отправить нельзя. Лечится звонком на горячую линию Запоминайте имя сотрудника

Потеряли дорогостоящую посылку... или кто то положил глаз на содержимое. Одним словом, не зря они продают страховку для посылок - деньги отбивать как то надо. На вопрос написать претензию ответ - у нас некому ее подписать, начальство отсутствует на месте

Ставлю 4, только потому, что поставили терминал для электронной записи. До этого, было по три очереди народу, которые все время путались и ругались. Что бы посылку мелкую получить приходилось стоять более часа. Сейчас 15 минут хватает. На такой огромный микрорайон могли бы и больше отделений открыть. Если терминал ломается и перестает выдавать билетики, это >|<опа просто опять наступит. Иногда посылки не могут найти (надо сразу с номером отслеживания идти, есть шанс что откопают). Девушек в окнах откровенно жалко - все время кто то ругается. Атмосфера напряженная. Часто слышу о посылках, которые так и не нашли.
