Очень маленькое отделение, очередь от 5 минут до часа (было и такое). Можно прийди ко времени, что чуть упрощает посещение.

Ужасное обслуживание! Посылку мою потеряли, деньги не вернули! На претензию нет ответа и не дозвониться! Много раз приходила за посылками, отстояв очередь в полтора часа, выяснялось что не могут найти!! Так потеряли уже мою вещь! Извещения не приносят! Посылки не находят ни по адресу, ни по ФИО... Это как вообще?! Время зря трачу на походы в это чертово отделение!! Постоянные очереди, персонал хамоватый. Тьфу!
