Огромные очереди, за посылкой за месяц приходила четыре раза- каждый раз впереди человек 20-30, все в затылок друг другу дышат

Самое мерзкое отделение в клиром только удалось побывать. Сотрудники ещё хуже!! Слишком высокомерные и слишком мерзкие людишки. Не помешало бы уволить всех и нанять хороших сотрудников. Женщина на отправление в зале выдачи посылок. Просто убила своим незнанием своей же работы. Следите за своими работниками, если хотите хороший сервис.

Сотрудники очень медлительные, зато успевают хамить) Тут их хлебом не корми)) Очереди просто колоссальные. Пришли забрать посылки - простояли 55 МИНУТ!!!! Я просто в шоке) Очередь то живая, то по записи, все лезут вперед...

Такого беспредельного хамства, как в этом почтовом отделения не встречала со времен Советского Союза. Коллектив состоит из пожилых дам, кажется которые испытывают особое удовольствие на пустом месте обхамив клиента или сказал ему после 2-х часов стояния в очереди что "КОРОБОК НЕТ! КТО ВАМ СКАЗАЛ ЧТО ОНИ ЕСТЬ!!!! ДЕЛАЙТЕ ВЫ ЧТО ХОТИТЕ!!!" и пр. Примой в этом вопросе безусловно является дама по фамилии Сасюк:)))) Абсолютно неадекватная , советую сразу разворачиваться и идти в другое отделение (например на Долгоозерную 16), чтобы не тратить свои нервы на этот беспредел!!!!!!!!!!!! P.S. А коробок у них действительно никогда нет, а также пакетов для отправки посылкой и даже холщовых мешков! Т.е. пытаться что-то оправить в принципе бесполезно!

08.05.2012года работало только одно окно выдачи пенсий.Было очень много народа. Пожилые люди и инвалиды стояли больше часа. Кондиционер не справляется с нагрузкой. На просьбу посадить еще одного кассира - получили,как и всегда, отказ! Крайне негативное отношение!

Отправил посылку. Позже заметил в чеке, Фамилия получателя с ошибкой. Как исправить ? на самой посылке Фамилия без ошибки

Уведомления до почтового ящика не доходят. И даже денежные подотчетные документы тоже не приносят. Я уж не говорю про обычные письма..... Отвратительно работают почтальоны.

Почему в любом отделении Почты России, происходит какой-то крындец? Что бы получить одну нелепую бумажку, нужно отстоять в очереди которая фиг знает где начинается и заканчивается, 2 часа!!! Почта России, задолбали!
