отличное отделение, хорошие сотрудники, всегда выручат, всегда поймут. сколько лет помогают, ни разу не было проблем. отзывы конечно не адекватные. кто то жалуется, что закрыли на обед перед носом) ну чтож, такой в любом случае будет или сотрудникам без обеда сидеть? или кому то не нравится, что его не обслуживают без паспорта) как посмели)) барина надо знать в лицо) если тебе не нравится магазин - не покупай. вот так просто. негативная оценка по этому поводу - диагноз себе. поинтересуйтесь лучше, за какую зп им приходится общаться с вами. всем добра

Рыкова Наталья, в 21ом веке живёте, как в каменном! Прихожу за посылкой в своё почтовое отделение уже сотый раз, наверно, каждый раз же не будут паспорт требовать, и на самом деле уже не спрашивали, если новые сотрудники, то достаточно фотографию паспорта показать, своего же, не чужого, а тут видимо не с той ноги встали! Да, я съездил за паспортом, отстоял снова очередь, а перед носом Рыкова Наталья ставит «окно не работает», хотел бы в этом отзыве написать всю ту злость, которую в этот момент я почувствовал, но поберегу для следующего раза, и всё же, надеюсь, что вы поумнеете.

Оценка «3» только по причине, что недозвониться. Очень редко можно дозвониться. Качество обслуживания на «4», не хватает приветливости и радости на душе работников почты )
