Постоянно очередь. Ужас. На выдачу посылок 2 места. Мало того что их 2 так и в разных помещениях которые разделены надо постоянно догадываться где же ты получишь посылку в одном месте или другом так еще и постоишь в очереди просто так .

Отделение приятное, работают без выходных, сотрудник Дарья очень милая молодая девушка, сказала, как получать посылки за других людей без паспорта, огромное ей спасибо!

Я бываю там пару раз в месяц -получаю посылки с косметикой Эйвон, простоят час-полтора - легко! с другой стороны - "Один в поле - не воин" Один человек с двумя руками.... отсюда и проблемы, что то упустили, забыли, ошиблись.... Переделать надо, в следствии чего и очереди. Знать бы кого благодарить за реформу почты?

Очень плохо работают, не торопятся, хамят. Могут всем отделением уйти на больничный. Филиал ада и рассадник тотального идиотизма.

Была здесь уже несколько раз, удивляясь отсутствию очередей, как в самом отделении, так и в отделении, где отправляют и получают посылки. При этом, на том же Гражданском проспекте есть ещё 2 почты поблизости, где очереди огромные и сотрудники не такие милые (кажется, здесь есть взаимосвязь). Ещё осенью я получала посылку, а теперь пришла моя очередь отправлять. Коробка была приготовлена заранее - купила в другом почтовом отделении; посылка упакована, поэтому мне нужно было просто заполнить бланк и отправить ее. Все заняло буквально 20 мин, учитывая, что передо мной 1 человек также отправлял посылку. Кстати, в окне, где посылки получают, за это время обслужили 4-ых. Отправление маленькой посылки вышло в 240 рублей + коробка, ранее купленная, 80 рублей. Сотрудницы (их было две) милые, доброжелательные и участливые. Разговаривают вежливо, работают спокойно и без суеты.
