Принесла сюда письмо для абонентского ящика в обычном конверте. Заставили купить марки, хотя всего то надо было положить для абонента. Потом письмо взяли, сказали, что положат в ящик, но его так никто не получил. Его попросту украли. Надо было просто послать по почте, а не специально приходить и им отдавать.

Сегодня отстоял я в очереди 20 минут, так и не получив зак. письмо. Работал только 1 человек - Хамоватая женщина в очках. Эта работница открыто материлась, слала всех на 3 русских буквы не стесняясь. (Кто пришёл не туда) . Письмо я так и не получил.

Это не вопрос, это крик души! 40 минут на обработку 5 (пяти блт) человек!!! Почта россии - это худшая организация во всей вселенной!
