Все время бьюсь башкой о косяк двери. Интернет и сотовая связь в этом подвале не ловит совсем, трудности при получении по смс. Операторы норм.

Отделение почты на удивление хорошее. Когда приходилось сталкиваться, очереди небольшие, по мере возможности, если народу много, открывают вторую кассу.

Неплохо бы иметь ручку на столе для заполнения документов. Сейчас чтобы заполнить бланки необходимо стоять в толпе народа возле операторов и заполнять документы вместо того чтобы соблюдать дистанцию и не создавать толпу. Ручку дать отказались. Для чего стоят столы на которых раньше были ручки непонятно. При этом придя в отделение позавчера такой проблемы не возникло, но и работали другие сотрудники, ручку дали без проблем.

Есть некоторые работники отвратительные. Которые мне говорили,что посылок нет и все. А вот другая женщина пошла и нашла мои посылки ,аж несколько штук. А эти сидят и делать ничего не хотят. Очень оперативно и хорошо работает парень(он там один) и девушка(я так понимаю она главная(темные волосы достаточно короткие) ). И все. Остальные работают на «отвали»

Вряд-ли персонал относится уважительно к клиентам. Никогда здесь нельзя нормально получить свое посылку или письмо.
