По моему мнению одно из лучший отделений в Дзержинском районе, а может и в городе. Да, очереди иногда бывают, но сотрудники очень оперативны и вежливы, все подскажут, объяснят. Ни разу не сталкивалась с хамством!

Меньше получаса в очереди не сидишь. Причём, работники в окошках просто сидят - работает одно. Говорят, постоянно проблемы с п/о..дак в чем проблема, написать заявку, чтобы починили или поменяли? Если идти перед работой или в обед - просто потеряете время. Позвонить, чтобы узнать есть ли на мое имя что-то, им теперь нельзя - все только через горячую линию, которая нихрена не знает и не может Ни разу за пол года, что приписана к этой почте, не приходили нормально бумажные уведомления о посылке, либо вообще нет, либо через месяц после получения В общем - ничего положительного, как подумаю, что надо туда обращаться - дурно становится от того, сколько времени потребуется

Я заболел и не мог выйти из дома ровно 4 недели! Мне пришло заказное письмо, и что вы думаете? Почта России НИЧЕГО не продумала на таких случаи!!! Супруга с моим паспортом и рукописной доверенностью не смогла получить это заказное письмо! А срок хранения письма всего 2 недели ! Ужасно разозлен такой ситуацией! Считаю , что этих дармоедов давно пора закрывать, раз не хотите работать!!

Пару раз забирал посылки с Али и все было в порядке. Жаль, что окон мало, очереди быстро образовываются, а в целом норм.

Почта закрывается, когда ей вздумается, расписанию верить нельзя. Попадал так несколько раз, при этом нет ни одного объявления по этому поводу. Неизвестно, как бороться с этой гнилой почтовой системой, но просто на всякий случай предупреждаю, чтобы Вас это не удивляло.
