Откровенно самое худшее отделение Почты России, в котором я бывала. В условиях пандемии маленькое пространство вмещает в себя максимум 3-4 человека (остальные на улице - плевать на дождь, снег, ветер). Ситуация 1: перед новым годом (30 декабря) простояла в очереди за посылкой 40 минут (перед работой), после чего выяснилось, что мою посылку вскрывали. Взвесили посылку - заявлено 7,9 кг, а сотрудница сообщает, что посылка весит 4 кг. Здорово, правда?.. И тут два варианта - принимаешь как есть и не теряешь времени, или проходишь все 9 кругов ада. Напомню, что все это перед работой, ибо отделение работает с 9 до 18 (очень удобно работающим, правда?) После потерянных в ожидании заведующей еще 15 мин выяснилось, что сотрудница просто не умеет взвешивать и по весу все ок. Ситуация 2: вчера (12 января) муж пошел забирать письма. Отстоял очередь под дождем (мин 30-40). По итогу забрал только 2 из 3 писем, потому что сотруднице было "некогда искать" последнее. Отлично, да?.. После переезда решила, что дам второй шанс этому отделению и видно зря. В центральном отделении есть проблемы, безусловно, но скорость работы сотрудников значительно выше, и отношение человеческое. Так что спасибо, но больше ни ногой

Нууу... ПОЧТА РОССИИ- ЭТО ПОЧТА РОССИИ... Сервис просто днищенский... Всё долго, некачественно, нередко по-хамски и никто ничего не знает (зачастую)... Ещё и БАНК свой открыли... БАНК, КАРЛ!!! А теперь конкретно к очередной проблеме с почтой: отправили нам посылку издалека, пришла она, как оказалось, аж 11го ноября ( узнали мы об этом 17го ноября, позвонив на почту и узнав по трек-номеру, где же наша посылка). Извещения и никакого другого уведомления о прибытии посылки не было. Пришли забирать, отзвонились домой так оказалось, что они оплачивали доставку на дом!!! То есть посылка лежала у них неделю без всяких телодвижений... Кароч, не зря моя семья стороной обходит эту шарашку и пользуется их услугами крайне редко и лишь при крайней необходимости и невозможности других вариантов...
