Быстро и удобно, сотрудница помогла привязать паспортные данные к телефону, теперь можно не заполнять бумажки на получение посылок каждый раз. персонал улыбчивый, посылки не теряют. Есть только одна проблема с сетью, когда находишься в офисе

Не знаю за что плохие отзывы. Отправляла посылку, пробыла в отделении не больше 12 мин. Оператор Куршакова ЕГ очень вежлива, подсказала по отправлению как лучше сделать. Очередь электронная, все нормально.

Электронная очередь не работает, ожидание 45 минут! Работают вежливо и неторопливо. Запаситесь терпением и временем в этом отделении
