Заказые письма могут кинуть прямл в ящик. Либо наоборот - на извещении нет пометки "судебное" тли "административное", и придя за письмом получаешь "его вернули за истечением срока хранения", жалобы игнорируют

Побили телевизор за 120 тыс. со страховкой не реально вернуть с них денег она нужна только если посылка не придёт. Но вежливый персонал, побили телик не они точно.

Постоянно зависают компьютеры! От этого огромные очереди ! Иногда приходится тащить тяжёлые посылки обратно домой и приходить в другой день! Безответственное отношение высшего руководства к почтовому отделению ! Страдают что сотрудники,выслушивающие претензии , что клиенты !

Когда я впервые посетила эту почту (декабрь 2016), то получила не самое приятное впечатление. Но после того, как сменилась заведующая, улучшения налицо! Замечательный, вежливый, быстрый персонал. Работают все окна, очередей почти не бывает. Ничего не теряется, уведомления нахожу в почтовом ящике уже в день попадания посылки в отделение.
