18.09.2020 пришла посылка, пришёл на почту Увидел как достают мою посылку положили к себе на стол меня попросили заполнить бумажки пока заполнял отдала мою посылку кому-то

В графике работы указано, что по воскресеньям работают до 14:00. 17.11.2019 Надо было срочно отправить посылку. Пришел в 13:45, ставни закрыты, дверь тоже. Отделение не работает. Пытался дозвониться до ТП, провисел на проводе 10 минут - никто не ответил. Решил оставить отзыв здесь, может тогда руководство сможет обратить внимание на проблему не соблюдения графика режима работы

Звоню уже примерно часа 2 на почту чтоб поинтересоваться за пенсионные выплаты. Только толку нет, никто не берет трубку. Принципе как всегда. Самое мерзкое отделение Дзержинского района.

Сегодня 8 марта, пришла посылка, там подарок жене на 8 марта, написано что отделение работает без выходных не какой бумажки нет что выходной, так же в 2гис показывает что работают..О самом главном, отделение закрыто, жена без подарка, я без настроения.....

Сергей, здравствуйте. Я официальный представитель Почты России в социальных сетях. Работники отделения, как и все, отдыхают 8 марта согласно статьи 112 ТК РФ.
