Нормально работают девчата, бывают , конечно, погрешности, но у кого их нет. Не нравятся у них выходные дни(воскресенье, понедельник)а в целом - все устраивает

Очень неровно работающее отделение. Довольно продолжительное время на окнах работы с клиентами сидели молодые девушки работающие четко и быстро. В три последних визита за период 27.01 - 16.02.2021 на одном из окон столкнулся с работой одной из новых сотрудниц - женщина средних лет - копуша а в работе, плохо знает ассортимент и не в состоянии быстро и четко озвучить клиенту, что имеется по интересующей того теме. Работница, также женщина уже в возрасте, на втором окне (визит 16.02.2021 во второй половине дня) убеждена, что почтовыми марками можно оплатить только письма и заказную корреспонденцию, а не любые услуги почты (например отправку посылки). Заведующему отделением следует лучше проверять профессиональные навыки и обучать новых работников.

Периодически одна касса не работает с терминалом, из-за этого очереди до выхода. Столкнулась ещё с такой проблемой, что постоянно нет упаковки нужного размера. Зато куча ненужного барахла типа тушенки и белья. Руководство, вы лучше бы позаботились об уровне сервиса, обслуживания и наличия действительно важных почтовых товаров. Пакеты, коробки, конверты.тратите ресурсы на то, в чем Почта не специализируется

Отделение в центре города, с очередями проблем нет, работают быстро, слаженно, с мобильным получением стало гораздо удобнее. Всегда есть нужные коробы для посылок.
