Созванивалась с оператором, что бы узнать когда идёт обеденный перерыв. Пришла после его окончания. Оказалось, что сотрудник будет только через 30 мин. После этого ещё пол часа ждала в очереди, что бы узнать, что сайт госуслуг глючит.

Хочешь вспомнить все "лучшие стороны" советского прошлого загляни в это отделение. Каменные физиономии с взглядом "не подходи, убьет", ответы не то, чтобы блещут лаконичностью, а большей частью вообще отсутствуют на поставленный вопрос. Несколько раз был свидетелем абсолютно справедливых замечаний со стороны посетителей, поведение сотрудников восхищало наглостью и цинизмом. Возможно зарплата работников почты настолько низка, что объясняет нежелание работать, но если не нравиться - пытайтесь найти другой вид занятости. И оденьте их к какую-нибудь форму. Понимаю, что достаток у всех разный, но опрятность и отсутствие вульгарности никто не отменял.
