По сравнению с предыдущими годами сервис стал значительно лучше. Все мои посылки из Китая приходят быстро и в полной сохранности. Сотрудницы вежливые и расторопные.

В последние пару лет начали исправляться (как говорится, тьфу-тьфу-тьфу, чтоб не сглазить). Операторы работают достаточно быстро, в долгих очередях в последнее время стоять не приходилось (может, мне просто так везло). Из минусов: я не знаю, кто занимается теперь рассылкой извещений о заказной корреспонденции и посылках - почтальоны из ОПС 28 или работники главпочтамта, но извещения они иногда приносят только через 2-3 недели после того, как отправление уже получено просто по трек-номеру. Причём извещения часто кидают не в тот почтовый ящик, а иногда и вообще не утруждают себя раскладыванием бумажек по ящикам, а просто оставляют их стопкой на подоконнике в подъезде. И ещё, мне интересно, почему операторы в почтовых отделениях не в курсе тарифов на пересылку корреспонденции (и это касается не конкретно ОПС 28, а вообще многих отделений). Так, например, они не в курсе тарифа для отправки почтовой карточки без конверта (18 рублей). Хотя у них же на сайте есть утверждённый документ с ценами на почтовые услуги.

Хорошие отделение почты. Так как посылки получаешь в 1 помещение обслуживание в другом. Посылки всегда приходили. Пропаж не было. Внутри чисто и аккуратно. Жалко что у почты в общем доставка и отслеживание остается все на том же уровне
