Ужасное отвратительное отделение, как и почти все остальные отделения почты россии. Постоянные очереди и ленивые сотрудники. Стараюсь не ходить туда лишний раз, и никому не советую!

Вежливые сотрудники, чаще всего небольшие очереди, жалко что автомат с электронной очередью не работает, было бы еще удобнее

Понимаю, что им мало платят, но это не значит, что в пик клиентов не нужно работать, ооочень долго( А ещё смешно то, что в период короновируса, ручки писать они не дают, а паспорт и бумаги на подпись забирают

Отправлять посылки только курьерскими службами. Посылка из Москвы шла 3 дня, пришла, трек, смс - забирайте. Стою очередь час, оператор ищет посылку - не находит. В данный момент человека который регистрировал посылки отсутствует, оставьте номер тел. завтра свяжутся. Спрашиваю дважды: что делать если не свяжутся? - зайдете. На следующий день конечно никто не звонит, 13 км ехать чтоб зайти не хочется, позвоню сам - как думаете кто-нибудь ответил? Да ладно там люди они заняты, они работают, через 40мин постоянного прозвона ответили - нашли!!! Почему нельзя сделать практичную систему хранения, выплачивать нормальные зарплаты, я уверен оператор не причем, дело в отношении АО Почта России - конченая

Ехала с ребёнком чтобы получить посылку. Указано что режим работы в четверг до 19:00, прийдя обнаружила что почта закрыта!! 06.07.2017, весит объявление что по техническим причинам почта в этот день не работает!!это как?! Я как должна была узнать эту информацию заранее??!!?!!почему на сайтах нет уведомлений?!?
